APICatalogue, availability and orders from the system your team already uses. No emails, no PDFs, no retyping. Weelko receives the order just as if it had been placed in the B2B portal.

Today → With the API
Today many partners send the order by email or as a document. Someone at Weelko reads it and loads it by hand. With the API the order comes in on its own: your system places it and Weelko has it.

With the Weelko API
Four building blocks. Everything a partner needs to buy from Weelko from their own software — no technical background required to follow it.
Only the products Weelko sells to you: name, reference, images and product sheet. Each company sees its range, not the whole world catalogue.
This is how an order travels from your system to Weelko. Tap each step to see what happens, in business language.
Step 1 of 8
Your system requests the products Weelko has assigned to you. They appear with reference, name and image — the same as in the B2B portal.
If your online store should show Weelko availability without handling orders, we can enable a dedicated stock channel. Your site updates; the shopper does not need to enter our portal.
You do not need to redesign the company. Access is enabled, your technical team connects the software, and purchasing keeps working as usual.
Use the same account you already use for the partner portal. If you are not a customer yet, Weelko creates it.
Weelko turns on what your company may do: catalogue, stock, addresses, orders. Nothing is open to the world — only your account.
IT (yours or your ERP/store vendor) links the software. Guides and examples are in the portal once access is active.
First a test environment, with no real orders. When it fits, you move to production.
Purchasing stays in their system. Weelko receives the order without a second round of typing.
Show Weelko availability and, if you wish, place the order when the end customer buys.
Clinics, spas or different warehouses: each order ships to the right address.
Each account sees its products, prices and terms. There is no open public catalogue.
A test environment exists. Production is switched on when Weelko and you are ready.
Confirming an order is irreversible on purpose: it matches validating it in the B2B portal.
Your Weelko account manager enables each partner. If something should stay closed, it stays closed.
There is no need. The order enters Weelko from your system. Nothing to attach or forward.
Yes. Once confirmed, your system checks preparation status and the carrier tracking link when it is available.
No. The API is an extra channel. The portal remains. Many teams use the portal to look things up and the API for day-to-day operations.
Yes. It is your Weelko account: the same range and the same terms you already have as a partner.
The decision is a business one. The connection is made by your IT team or your ERP/store vendor. Weelko gives them documentation once access is on.
Yes. First a test environment. Production only when the flow is validated.
That is possible. Weelko can enable an availability channel for stores, without opening the rest of the operations.
Draft or sent quotations can be cancelled. A confirmed order follows Weelko rules: it cannot be cancelled if the shipment is already done.
